I have wanted to create a custom guided bomb. I know how to make the body of a custom weapon thanks to a Youtube video by @Walvis. But I request someone create an XML code for bombs or possibly even torpedoes to be able to lock on to a target before being launched. This would be amazing.

Not possible. The only way to do such things is to make a custom missile wih 0 maxForwardThrustForce.
Unfortunately, it's not possible.
