There seems to be a bug for many, with Mod Settings and the latest update, where it won't create the menu button.
I'm not sure why this is and haven't yet managed to replicate the problem, which makes it a tricky guessing game to fix.
Install it like any other mod.
Then, there are a few mods that use it, if you have one of those installed, a button will show up in the main menu that will lead you to the settings for those mods.
@ZeroWithSlashedO just wanted to add mods to my collection that require the correct installation of this mod. There is very little information on the Internet about SP in principle, especially about this.

I don't actually know how, but it's probably go something like download, compress, move the file into the simpleplanes file, put it into the mods file, and activate it in SimplePlanes.
