Working HUD

3,436 TailessAce  2.4 years ago

Does anyone know how to build an HUD or teach me how to build one. We've made a Jet that would look cool with one! Will credit you for hud/ help. Much Appreciated!

Edit:

On the right is the reworked hud and on the left was the old hud.

maybe you forgot to resize it? No, not the text, the text area, the box thingy, it can be found at the bottom of the settings of the text.

@ZeroWithSlashedO did both versions, it was missing some symbols it would appear with a box instead

wdym? couldn't you just save the part into a sub assembly and copy all the variables? it works for me when I tried it but I couldn't continue using it since it lags so much when I tried it. Oh also, if you downloaded the v1.1 part, it's not the optimal version, instead download the v1.2 part.

@ZeroWithSlashedO We know about the Hud spacing and what not, but we tried it on a pre built platform and some symbols are missing, though we've spent the last few hours fixing it.

Because you didn't read the tutorial, you're missing the variables.
