Turn the prop around, and then set "Reverse Rotation" to "Yes".
Skua is right, you don't have to change anything other than simply turning the propeller around.
Assuming you still want it to act as a drive for your plane, rather than a brake, literally just turning the prop around and attaching it to your plane will make it a pusher automatically
