Go check Google PlayStore in your PC maybe? I dunno how else would you get a free installation of SimplePlanes when you already bought one from the PlayStore in your phone.
SimplePlanes accounts are not tied to game purchases. If you buy the game through Steam you have access to it on any Windows or Mac device. I don't know how android or iOS work but you will have to purchase the game on Steam to use it on your PC.
