Hello, I’ve been having problems updating SimplePlanes. The App Store says that it was purchased under a different id, but i have no clue what id it could be. Does anyone know how to find that out?
Update: it seems I have a different problem than I thought, i did know the correct Apple id, but it still won’t download the update on this phone. I opened up an older phone and signed in to the App Store with said Apple id and it updated fine, but this doesn’t work on my newer phone
I bought it off the App Store years ago and have moved phones and Apple accounts several times, I don’t know how you would even be able to pirate an app on ios. @BellKitsu @Augusta81 I promise you that I have not pirated this app, I’ve just been spending several days trying to figure out what Apple id i got this on, and decided to see if the simple planes forum’s could help.
Likely pirated. Next time, please buy the official version and not the Apk. Thanks!
