I have a video doing it sneaky with a helicopter, but I also did it with other builds..
for fixed wing you'll need something that can slow down and land FAST, because you need to approach the landing between missile salvos as you are dodging them.
@Charris969 one of my favorite personal challenges is, landing in the Ice base with no weapons..
and if I want to make it harder, no countermeasures as well ;)

You could use a plane with a lot of countermeasure. Set the ammo to whatever the number you want using overload
