the first one, I honestly don't know how to limit a helicopters flight ceiling But
and to prevent unwanted yawing or rudder control add a tail rotor or do a double main rotor like the Ka-50. but make sure both main rotors are spinning in different directions, which will cancel yawing of said helicopter
