So. The Air-Combat Challenge.

After some days of waiting, here are the results. I am not immediately stating who won, the top three, or anything like that. Before anything, I'll review each aircraft first, and showcase them briefly.

The plane functions well as a fighter, has a lot of speed, firepower, and good maneuverability. Design is boring, bland, and the concept is nothing special.

It looks slightly better, but it's still pretty simplistic and generic. However, the concept is absolutely banal, and the performances are seriously lackluster, as it can't turn fight a bloody bomber.

This one is a mediocre build, but it performs well as a fighter. Not impressed by the choice, but I had fun flying the craft, and surely works fine

I know I am harsh, but this is just the worst out of the bunch. Performances are terrible, can't catch up to a bomber, the worst aesthetics of them all, and confetti launchers for guns. This needs a lot of improvement. It simply doesn't function

Here is one of the better builds from this challenge. Seriously underrated build, this Replica may not be the best to there be, but it flies very nicely, resembles partially the original F4F, and generally made me really satisfied to fly. While custom airfoils could be made, the cockpit is horrible, and gears are wrong, it's still pretty sweet. Good job to the builder

Like the previous build, this is not the best replica to be ever made, but it is pretty pleasant to look at, the paint scheme is nice, and it looks marginally better. However, the rudder is way too clunky, and I am generally displeased by internal ailerons on fuselages, preferring custom surfaces. But, good job to the builder, as it still works okay, and looks very nice!

This build aesthetically is... Not the best. It's simple, but it scores a lot in terms of uniqueness, and how it is executed. A pusher configuration with twin props, and boom tails. This is just a very sweet design, and most importantly, functions well as a fighter! While I don't like the looks, the idea and the was constructed well too. Splendid work!

It is a jet fighter with a big, mean Gatling gun. Fast, good-looking, and lethal. What else is there to ask? This aircraft is just a joy to fly and simply feels amazing to shred aircraft with that fat weapon in the belly. Stellar job! (The other aircraft is similar, so I am rating them both in one)

Good idea, and the only bomber to be there. It has automatically aiming turrets, but that is about it. While it does a swift job of destroying aircraft, it is very easy to destroy itself, and the guns tend to often hit the aircraft for various reasons. It simply doesn't look good, flies mediocrely, but it is sincerely a welcomed idea

High-speed interceptor with a very weak armament, and a simple but good-looking design. However, there is nothing else going on, and there is no special feature. Overall, an okay aircraft, but underpowered

While it is not the best turn-fighter, the F-17 is an excellent and unique BnZ fighter. It is pleasant to look, it has some sweet colors, but the lack of custom airfoil and control surfaces just triggers me. However, still an excellent aircraft, and overall a very good build. Good work!
