Prologue

Hello, Viper here, this is a new and completely redesigned aircraft based from my VF (now currently VFA) series of super fighter aircraft.
this is the later variants of the VFA Series or the final aircraft in series, but aircraft between the VFA-39 and VFA-98 will be make and there will be many built.
and this is technically two aircraft teased since the VFA-78 Super Vixen is the inspiration of the VFA-98. Also what really made it was my close friend I knew for several years irl, and she still is one of if not best friend and giving her the drawing of the VFA-78 as a gift :D Now... Time for the lore of the aircraft!

Story

The company VortX has proposed a designed for the Ultimate Fighter Dominance Aircraft Program (UFDAP). Two aircraft were produced, one prototype and a one off aircraft for the ace Viper after testing was complete.
The aircraft it was mean to represent was the VFA-39M, a proven aircraft in combat with its reputation of hunting down fleets of airships, given the name 'Wild Dog'. This new design is based from a developing VFA-78 Super Vixen for the pilot Iris. Though its airframe was larger and more armored than the VFA-78, its mobility and speed was unfazed by the new engines it received. Weaponry were the same but improved for more lethality to any target unlucky enough.
One of the new features was the new folding vertical stabilizer and ventral fins at high speeds with slight redesign. Fly-By-Wire was added along with TVC for serious maneuverability at low and medium speeds. the Railgun 'Excalibur' was upgraded with new power output and caliber for increased velocity and damage to airships and heavily armored targets. Addition it gets special FAEB bombs with a non radioactive yet extremely explosive, RD121. It is compared to a 'mini nuke' with its blast radius being large.
