Sadly A380s Production is stopped by Airbus
And we wont see it back to the skies after 2025
Many airlines have grounded or retired their entire fleet of A380 due to COVID-19. But what are your views write in the comments. Would you like to see it back to the skies?
@Dazare I'm not an airline manager, I just know from a logistical standpoint they are impractical. At the time of their initial launch there were only 20 airports capable of servicing them, they are rarely full which results in a low return on investment in terms of fuel costs, cleaning, etc, especially with declining air travel rates in recent years, and the price of a first class suite is so ridiculously high you might as well just charter a Gulfstream and have it all to yourself. The big airliner is dying, you can see it with the 747-8 primarily being used as a cargo aircraft, and the mid-size long range market is booming. Boeing's eventual 797 will be a medium-capacity aircraft designed to replace the 757, and the A321 and A330 NEO do that job on the Airbus side.
@asteroidbook345 They suck but are first passenger choice, Airbus CEO said
They are spacious, comfortable, Emirates offers a full lounge, Etihad offers full sleeping cabins. And in views of the pilot, it is very comfortable to control.
You look at A380s in the views of an airline manager so you will never like it.
A380s suck they're so impractical
