This is for suggestions to the website, not the game. Here's my list, feel free to add on.
1. Fix the notification bugs.
2. Cooldown reduced to 30 secs.
3. Contest section, easier to award upvotes for winners.
4. Forum tags
5. Messaging between users. And block/report button if required.
6. Show who follows you.
7. Hypnotoad back
8. A few sections of upvotes. For examples, looks, flyability and efficency, so you know why people liked your plane. Still counts as one upvote.
