Two USSR Reconnaissance Plane Pilot was spotted a Jet Fighter That still on construction on Bandit Island, Krakalboa.

Here is their conversation on the radio:

"(Chhhh) Commander, we have see an American aircraft that is still under construction. we're not sure if it was a new plane or an old one, but we're sure we never seen one before. (Explosion) we got shot on the Rudder! We will go to base as quickly as possible! I'll show you a photo on the base!"

The picture is not that clear due to low resolution cam that they use, but it's been clear that Americans is Building a new fighter jet. We are not sure why they build it on Bandit Island, we think they're want to build it fast and will be ready to go at all time.
