as your wing shape will not allow it to fly

you should connect the top wing with each other making it resembling the Fokker Dr.1 wing shape
or remove it entirely as it can produce to much weight and not allow it to fly
i also suggest making the frame for the wing and then using a fiber like material to cover it allowing it to have less weight and less materials, and a good option for the wings is to have the bottom wing with the control surfaces only or have both wings have it and connect the upper wing with a metal rod allowing the ailerons to move in unison
the best idea for an engine is a small 2 stroke engine or if you can look into getting a Rotax 582 as that should help
the best idea is to build the plane and then determine its weight and the amount of Drag produced to help with an engine
