For the Cold War challenge I’m designing a plane similar to the real x-29 plane. Currently it’s a Pigpen with forwards swept wings, partly because the real x-29 intended to refit existing planes, but mainly because the Pigpen already has canards and I could get into flight test sooner. With my current setup it’s amazingly agile (no xml) but at turning speeds exceeding 1080 km/h it’s encountering heavy pitch roll and almost unflyable. Any ideas how to Solve this issue without significant decreases in performance?
