I made this thingy. For some reason it has a power to weight ratio of 13, and has 6210 hp. Thus, given it's weight, 21,470lb, we can divide 6210/21470 which equals 0.28924080111 hp/lb.
EDIT:this has 1hp and has power to weight of 1 in-game
so therefore 1hp must be 45 lbf
