@F104Deathtrap The Echo class is an interesting and functional design for sure, although the limitation of having to surface to fire its missiles was a major drawback. These things would most likely struggle to do their job in the event of wartime and been phased out far more quickly for the Charlie class. Still, a cool sub to build for sure! Gonna do some different things to make the P-6 armament function.
Very, very cool. I was looking up stuff on the Whiskey class the other day and it reminded me of these. People can be so clever when it cones to destruction and these submarines are a prine example.

@MintLynx thus the harpoon was developed to counter them. Like harpooning a surfaced whale.

@AsteroidAsteroidTheBook Hmmm, was tempted to do the P-6 but I could also do the P-500 or Vulkan as these things were around long enough to use them.
