Will the f-104 in warthunder EVER return to 9.7?
Like seriously, it was decent at that BR, and 10.0? Mirage missiles... and it doesn’t even out speed most jets... like an f-4 Phantom was flying wing to wing with me in RB with my spaded
F-104, it’s jacked, but please let me know, because they moved the f-100 to 9.7 and I want the f104 back!

I’ve been playing a fair bit of simulator battles recently, dogfights are much more intense and they’re really good too. I play on an Xbox so yeah. I got the mig21 MF and I just yesterday got R60, I fly at 800mph right next to an f4 getting chased, and I almost rammed and he came head on, I got close enough to him, to actually get a lock, and it launched, and YOINK the missile looks like it pulled 50g right up up the face, and this was in air RB, I launched a missile 2km out and 12 seconds later, Aircraft Destroyed what’s ur discord, did I ask that?@KangaKangaTheRoo
Haha lol, the R-60 grind is s* but once you get them, they’re the best missile within 2kms in my opinion, they have instant tracking once uncaged so they can even work under a kilometre within gun range! They’re amazing little things. I don’t have the MiG-21 but I might start going through the Russian tech tree as I presume it’s only going to get better. @DilophDilophTheDumDum

Yeah it turns bloody well doesn’t it? I haven’t gotten to English jets yet, but I’m hoping to get there soonish but I don’t want to fly the spitfires just yet. Japanese jets are good when you know what you’re doing. The R2Y2 is a beast if you know how to fly it. The F-100D is also quite good now. I suggest you have a crack in it again before it gets nerfed with a repair cost. Also are you free to play? I’ve got a premium account because there was an offer and also a few planes like the boomerang, A7M1, XP-50, Yankee 109 and yeah. I probs won’t spend too much on it now. The F-104 was almost unmatchable at 9.7, the F-100 is a perfect fit there, once the BR lock hopefully goes back in place, it will be great.
F-104 is just unfair for sub sonic aircraft, same thing as the lightning too. No one can catch them when they’re played properly.
