So I'm working on a sea plane that I need to do a few thing before it hit the water. I need some hinge rotates to move. I mostly under stand the funky trees but I cant seem to make the rotator move when i want them two. I think this would be handy for a lot of different builds so if you can give me any hint it would be nice.
