This is a work of fiction. Any resemblance to real people would be very interesting.
Poppa Ed
Meet Edward Drake. He likes to introduce himself to the local young folk as Poppa Ed. He thinks it adds an air of trustworthiness around town.
Edward has many hobbies:
´
He's always early for the local Little League games. He likes to stand by the visitors section to welcome new children to town.
´
´
Hanging out at the local playground is one of his favorite ways to pass the time.
´
´
Edward enjoys waiting at the water fountain to let children know that it isn't really a crocodile. He's knows the children are aware of this, but he likes to do it anyway.
´
´
Just for fun, sometimes he waits outside the playground restrooms to surprise any children after they're finished doing their business.
´
´
Edward doesn't like to spend very much time at the playground next to the police station, but sometimes he walks by to see if there's anyone playing there.
´
´
Whenever there's a new children's stage show in town, Poppa Ed is usually the first in line. He'll buy you a ticket if you want!
´
´
Every Sunday morning, you can find Edward waiting in the backyard of his good friend Father Gary. He's waiting for Father Gary to open up the church so he can work at the Sunday School. Father Gary thinks Edward is somewhat strange, but volunteers are hard to find so he doesn't ask many questions.
´
´
Sometimes Edward goes to the low-income housing complex to see if any of the poor working mothers need any free childcare services. He tells them he just wants to help.
´
´
Edward also has a computer. He goes onto the internet and finds message boards to popular online games. He likes to learn all he can about the games so he can show kids new things and gain their trust and respect. Someday he hopes he can meet some IRL.
´
´
Edward would love to meet new like-minded friends. People like him are everywhere, but it's very difficult to find them and he's always trying to think of new ways to catch their attention.
´
´
Do you know anybody like Poppa Ed?
´
*note: The walker worked perfectly at first, but I saved and reloaded and now it's kinda weird. Dunno what happened.

@ArcturusAerospace a gray van with a blue stripe, actually. He splurged and got the extra tint for the rear windows.
This sounds like the guy who drives white vans.
