Ahoy chaps,
I'm just looking for some tips on how to make my planes more AI friendly, so they don't derp out during challenge tournaments and such.
Generally, a stable flight would be desired, so less bobbing if you are on wing stabilization mode and such.
Any advice would be highly appreciated.
For anyone searching in 2022 I've found if the plane natural pulls up or down the AI tend to wobble more, at least in My experience
Also, sensitive controls are great for AI, they actually help. Just note that if it’s too sensitive it will shake and freak out.
Just set all controls to standard stuff: Roll to Roll, Pitch for pitch, etc. Then test it out with AI to see if the AI can fly the plane well. If it cant, tweak the plane until it does.
