RPM gauge
Manifold pressure (if it’s a piston engine plane with a constant speed prop)
Altitude
Heading indicator
Landing gear indicator
Flap indicator
slip indicator
Artificial horizon
Oil temperature and pressure gauge
Fuel gauge
Fuel flow gauge
Cylinder head temperature
Amps and volts meter
(If something that would use a vacuum pump system) suction gauge
EGT gauge
AOA indicator
(If your prop if using props would be a heated prop) prop amps gauge
Airspeed can be divided into 3 components if you want. Also, angle of attack and angle of slip could be useful. Groundspeed, TAS, and IAS can be nice too.
