OHHHHHHHH I see it now.. gosh I'm such an idiot lol.. when I heard "mod support will no longer be for Android" I thought it was removed entirely and that they physically added it to the game like they have with the 'part transformer' thanks guys

You have to enable it in the mods tab, and it will appear where edensk said
