Sadly, I'm still researching the mig17, so you will have to wait for another 5 yrs for the 21.

i have some mig-21s from ysflight DNMs

The problem I envountered with the internet is that almost everything i can find is related to the mug21bis and not the almost totally different mig21f @Prolex917

For cockpit pictures, just go on Google and search Mig-21 cockpit.

With videos of gear, I don't think you'll find any. I've finished my Mig-21 (release date tommorrow) and also tried looking for gear videos, but I've had no luck. I would recommend watching DCS and War Thunder videos and searching for the gear extension/retraction
