I figured out the problem. Upon launching, the rocket will go up or down depending on how far above or below the detacher is located according to the rocket's COG. It's weird I know.

It's either the fuselage has weight/drag, the detacher has drag or both.
[Edit]found out that both elements have weight and drag. You must remove weight and drag from the fuselage. Never remove weight from the detacher as it will cause the weapon to wobble
