Got the Me264, started using it and bombing the hell out of bases with its 2 SC1800 and 3 SC500 bombs. But, literally nearly every match I'd get shot down. By what, Meph?

And to top it off, I only shot down one of those whirlies.

Also, during another match, 3 Me264s I including myself destroyed the airfield. One of them finished two of the bases, the other had finished the last base with one of his SC1800s, and dropped the rest of his bombs on the enemy airfield. The final Me264, me, had saved all my bombs (see top for what my loadout was if you forget) for the airfield, after I dropped them I looked down at the airfield's health marker thingy... and I saw it drop by about ? rougly because of the first 1800 I dropped, it did it again, same reason, now the 1800 dropped by the other 264 had already hit before I got there. Which weakened the airfield before I got there, so, after my SC1800s have exploded, the airfield only had a sliver of health left... just enough for my 3 SC500s to finish it off.
