@Brields95 right on, I appreciate your response. I don't have an issue with building my own wheels, I was just curious of anyone knew of a mod or truck to get SP wheels to work with a rotating assembly other than assigning an engine. Thanks!

That's not how it works. You need to assign the wheel to an engine.
