Questions:
1. When using PID function, like PID(t,c,p,i,d), if I set the i to zero, does the game still do the sum calculation anyway? If yes, does this make huge waste of performence ?
2. For guns and cannons, how does AI judge the time to fire? In other words, how should I make AI fire guns? I made an autoaim that can aim the gun and the main cockpit perfectly, but AI just refuse to fire.
3. Does the FT variable system have a limit of the amount of variables? Or does huge amount of variables(like 100) cause great lag?
Suggestion
1. Weapons like guns and cannons need FT input support! Not the activation group, but the trigger! I'm so tired that AI wouldn't fire any FT weapons.
2. Secondary cockpit needs more output variables, especially AltitudeAGL, which would enable much more possibility.

the new helicopter parts are detailed and fun to play with, but not perfect.
A highly completed part will make some jobs easier than before, but it also greatly limits the possibilities, that's kind of a paradox for a sandbox game like SP.
For the heli rotor part, it doesn't have an invert option (although rotating it 180 deg can kinda does the job), the collective pitch only has one input so not easy to make roll and pitch control for multi-rotor aircrafts, the power is also single input which make yawing torque without tail rotor impossible (double blade helicopter and multi-rotor aircraft generate yawing torque by differentiating rotating speed).
In all, the new helicopter parts are good, but only for building a conventional single-blade helicopter, hope we can have more expanding possibilities at public version.

While China is wildly known as communist, it's nothing like the NK nor the USSR, officially we call it "Communism with a Chinese way", which honestly "betrayed" the Communism and is more like a capitalist economy with a gouvernement different than the western ones. Things about Facebook, YouTube and Wikipedia are true, but you need to know that western media and main stream always lead the public to the negative sides of China and even enlarge them, as China is a potential threat at economy and politics. I'm only an engineering student and don't know quite well about politics, but please don't let politics be a factor or even a main stream at this international community of lovers of planes. Let's keep it pure.

Well, I can see my droplet hidden in the belly, with the whole set of variables barely modified.
This is not an ideal way to use those codes, and I think a successorship is needed in this case, which you chose to delete.
However, I'm planning to make a simplified version of the droplet core, to make the technology available for other players.
@AWESOMENESS360 It's a symbol ○ (or an "o" might also work) with variable size and alpha value, plus some codes to make these values change over time, plus some more codes to make the frequency change according to speed.
I made a color display demo that can do smooth color and alpha changing, if you are interested.
@OrderlyHippo always glad to help, if you care to understand those codes(very difficult though), variable explanation is in the in-game craft instruction, it might help more or less.
@Simpleplaner656 i would suggest you drag your planes into this as assembly instead, the drone can't be easily grabbed as it has a secondary cockpit inside, plus there are tons of variables that don't go into assemblies.

A set of global custom variables would be great for shorting code lengths and achieving more capability:
8 double variables named from cv0 to cv7 (hence no need to define), set values in a single block, and can be used by all other parts (read only).
Also, I wish there were more math funtions such as 3d vector calculation (dot product, cross product), typing these calculations by whole is really painful.
While you typed (or copy-pasted) such a long text, you didn't make the characters right. The characters should be written differently for the same role on different color sides, for example the generals are written as 将(black) and 帥(red), the soldiers are written as 卒(black) and 兵(red). This is a funny mistake like making a piano and painting all the keys in the same colour.
@AndrewGarrison Yes I've read this for many times, but I didn't find many behavior scripts, I think I might have misunderstood something. Another question, are you using Euler Angle rotation in the same order as Unity's default (z >x > y) ? This is the information I must know for calculation.

Is there anyway to make guns and weapons fired by FT codes? I was thinking of pushing a joystick by a piston but it didn't work.

@EdamCheese6 make a ground sensor on the landing gear, by using a shock spring and its extension value to detect if touches ground.
