Burchell County EMS
Burchell County EMS (BCEMS) is the primary pre-hospital care provider and emergency transport provider for Burchell County. The service operates 16 ALS ambulances built on Fordem F450SD chassis, staffed by one paramedic, plus either another paramedic or an EMT. Around the Firefox area, BLS service is provided by two Type II ambulances.
The service operates 18 Ambulances in total, plus four ALS QRVs, two specialized rescue units, two supervisor vehicles, and two UTV-based special event vehicles. BCEMS's fleet rotates through six stations depending on call volume and historical peak call times/areas, with two ambulances serving as reserve/training rigs.
Medic 12 (this modeled rig) is one of the busiest, serving the city of FireFox and surrounding area from BCEMS Station 1.
