Fairey Fulmar Mk.II
Historic replica 1:1 of the Fairey Fulmar Mk.II, a carrier-borne fighter/observator of the early WWII.
|| Read instructions below description ||
The Fairey Fulmar was the first true fleet defense fighter of the Royal Navy, a sturdy, long range and heavily armed one.... but it lacks on speed and manieuvrability, wich it was not considered essential by the Admiralty. It was a reliable fighter wich remains in service until the end of WW2 as naval observator and escort fighter.
The fairey fulmar was very effective against bombers in the Battle of Crete and Italian Campaign, achieving numerous fighter and bombers shot-downs, including CR.32, CR.42, JU.52 and JU.88.
This one is painted with the schemes of the HMS Victorious, 809 NAS, FAA. This plane shots-down two JU88 on the 11 August 1942.
// Instructions \

- AG-2: Landing light.
- AG-7: Arrestor hook.
Trim is set for the flaps.
For takeoff: set throttle at 100% and pull flaps down.
- For landing:
· Aircraft Carrier: Set throttle at 20% when you are at 1 mile from the ship, set 50% flaps and gear down when you reach 130mph, 100% when 100 mph, release hook (7) and land smoothly, you should use the brakes to slow down the plane.
· Land: Same as in the Carrier, but without activate hook, be carefull with speed, at less than 85mph the plane stalls.
I hope you like this plane, it tooks me a lot of hours to release it as realistic as possible, it matches EVERY SINGLE characteristic of the real aircraft.

This camo is really well made. That must have taken some effort
4/5 star review
Pretty good build, I love the camo and the looks. Instructions for landing and takeoff are clear and simple to follow. Mobile friendly, which is nice to have.
My only complaint is that it’s pretty slow to turn. other than that, pretty good build.
@RASEN1914 I know i’ve Asked a lot, but could you make a J1N1? I just got it on warthunder and it’s a cool plane
@RASEN1914 um...the one from the movie Dunkirk? °LC? The one that landed without the engine? Or the Canadian that attacked Erwin Rommel? Charlie Fox I think?
@TyDillon13GEICO The IAR 80 is proyected, i't will be one of my next planes!! :) Seems like you can read my mind hahaha
@Spitfirelad05 Roger that! I'll put them in my to-do list :) Any request for the Spitfire?
@RASEN1914 I was gonna ask if you could do a remake of the supermarine spitfire and the hawker hurricane pls? (Can the hurricane be a mk 1 from 303 sqn?)
So will you make the IAR C6 From Romania??@RASEN1914
@TyDillon13GEICO I will do it, i'm going to make in the next months some aircrafts from the "secondary" combatants of WWII
Nice!
Please can you make me a Potez 630?
They are a French plane that looks a bit like a BF110. They are my favourite plane on War Thunder.
Nice job. Keep up the good work.
Great work!
Lovely job, nice to see underrepresented types!
