WHAT IS THIS WEAPON AND HOW IT WORKS?:

This is a futuristic electromagnetic plasma railgun, It uses very powerful electromagnetic rails to accelerate a railgun projectile which is a densed metal slug into very insane high speeds faster than a bullet or aircraft.

For the railgun able to fire a projectile with visible glowing plasma trails that looks like a laser pulsed projectile from scifi movies, the railgun uses an integrated nitrogen gas injectors for the barrel, when the projectile moves very very fast inside the nitrogen gas injected barrel, the injected nitrogen gas ionizes into Superheated plasma, resulting a purplish color trail glow of a railgun projectile, It can also help increase more speed of a railgun projectile, just like the railguns from the expanse movie, when the expanse railguns fire, the projectiles travels very very fast and leaves a purple trail of plasma

HOW IS THIS RAILGUN CANNON IS CONTROLLED?:

This railgun is camera controlled, you don't need to rely on joysticks instead, you can adjust the turn and elevation of the railgun cannon just by simply swiping around the screen to smoothly move the aiming camera crosshair or reticle. To enable camera controlling, just simply switch to "RAILGUN" camera view, it's not more complicated than not using camera controlling.

I screenshot this from night time in simple planes to clearly see the purplish glow inside the railgun barrel.
