Happy 10 year anniversary to me!
3 for 3, once again looking at a build we loved until we found it too ugly to look at. This one sat in our WIPs for 2 years until we finally figured out how to use the wing slicing technique. So we think we're back for real this time, we hope.
The build in question was a superweapon we built while limited by the technology and (our) knowledge of the time, not a mere gunship, a Flying Destroyer, designed to decimate whole fleets in one raid. Even at the time, we were already experimenting with new building techniques and that did not stop until today. With this build, we changed the powerplants for our now favourite propfans, perfected our autopilot programming and pioneered our first automatic airborne artillery. 2/3 of the time spent developing this superweapon were spent on programming alone.
This Flying Destroyer has been thoroughly tested on the field. The artillery has a 90% accuracy rate, most accurate when both the aircraft and the target move steadily without turning too sharply. The nuclear tipped shells pack quite the punch, only two are necessary to sink an aircraft carrier, far away enough to evade detection, up to 35 miles using the manual target position selection. Targeting is made easier by using our new autopilot feature which allows your to orbit your target from a safe distance. This orbiting feature is also available for non belligerent purposes, while flying between the islands, of which the positions are known to the flight computer.
In addition to the artillery, a weapon was developed in direct response to the laser defences of the Ice Base. 4 nuclear gliding bombs can be dropped facing whichever heading you may choose, but they will always find the target you are looking at, and the lasers will never see them coming because, well, the bombs weren't formally armed. One bomb is enough to decimate the USS Beast's fleet in one go, so don't stand to close after deploying it, but close enough to not lose your lock. The targeting pod at the nose should help you prevent that end.
A huge thanks to @Dissent3R and @blueLEFT2 for helping with the screenshots.

Extraordinary work.
You too, m8!
nice to see you again!
sigma buil
@Liensis that's a big ask, this is way bigger than a B1 Lancer
Could you turn this into a Swing wing aircraft?
@SemedianIndustries cooking it
@Grob0s0VBRa do it
@SemedianIndustries Well, how to put that...
Karl Gerat + sledgehammer + medieval castle
Something like that, if i got to put it short.
upd: I could tag you if i make any teasers of it, if you want to of course.
@WinsWings @Crimsonknight tysm folks!
This thing is beautiful! Also happy tenth anniversary!
Wow, Happy 10th anniversary! That is a long time. Cool plane.
🗿
@Grob0s0VBRa what will you build?
@keiyronelleavgeek566 too long indeed, thank you m8
@IPAAeronautics outro tuga finalmente XD
Portugal mentioned, niceee
the amount of time and detail put into this is just unbelievable...good job!
You took air and I'll take ground.
Our battle would be legendary!
@Nerfaddict I found the rules, it's not mobile friendly
@crazyplaness i'm curious as to know why not
@SemedianIndustries No
@crazyplaness is this build curatable?
@Seeras which ones?
@SemedianIndustries
I only take care of the succession system and smaller inquiries. Please contact my colleagues in this matter.
