URSEN CLASS

The Ursen class attack submarine was developed by Finetta shipyards to meet the nation’s requirement for effective undersea defence. The design is focused on quiet operation combined with high destructive power, enabling the platform to engage both surface and subsurface threats while remaining difficult to detect and prosecute. Ursen was conceived as a hunter killer for the navy and for the protection of maritime approaches.

Hull and structural design follow a philosophy of pragmatic material selection and intelligent processing. Rather than relying on exotic composites the shipyard optimized conventional materials through refined fabrication techniques and careful quality control. The result is a pressure hull that exhibits notable acoustic dampening and structural resilience at a lower production cost. This manufacturing approach supports fleet scale production and predictable lifecycle management.

Armament centers on long range guided torpedo capability supported by a weapons suite tuned for anti surface and anti submarine missions. Weapons integration emphasizes reliability and maintainability rather than experimental complexity. Weapons handling and launch systems are configured for rapid response under the constrained conditions of undersea operations.

Acoustic and electronic sensing form a central strength of the class. Ursen carries Finetta’s most advanced sonar package, which provides precise detection and targeting in complex littoral and open ocean environments. The sonar suite employs sophisticated signal processing that improves target discrimination while minimising false contacts. This capability greatly enhances the platform’s effectiveness as a hunter killer. High performance comes with increased system complexity and specialised support requirements, therefore dedicated technicians and advanced maintenance practices are integral to operational availability.

Operational procedures and security measures reflect the vessel’s strategic sensitivity. Significant aspects of the submarine’s internal systems and architecture are tightly controlled to prevent technology leakage. Crew training emphasizes operational silence, strict maintenance discipline, and compartmentalised knowledge of sensitive subsystems. Crews commonly describe the Ursen as a moving vault with an embedded computer core, a reference to both its protective construction and its concealed technical sophistication.

Approximately twenty five Ursen class submarines are active in the Finettan Navy. The class constitutes one of only two primary submarine types currently in service which underscores its importance within the undersea force structure. This limited but focused inventory simplifies logistics training and long term sustainment while ensuring a consistent operational standard across the fleet.

In service the Ursen class has become a deterrent to any force that contemplates hostile action within Finettan maritime zones. Its blend of acoustic stealth, robust survivability, potent weaponry, and highly capable sonar makes it a persistent and effective threat.

WEAPONS

● 30 long range guided Torpedo
● 20 Cruise Missile.
[No Cruise missile and just 20 unguided torpedo on ingame version to cut performance cost and make sure my phone can still run it.]

Lets just trade instead! I need some Uranium. For peaceful purposes of course! XD

@RB107 there arent many deserts due to the fact that there are a lot of icy regions and large oceans. The desert on Avalor is a desert resulting from wind eroding the rocks at the base of the Avalorian Mountain Range blowing down into the lowlands. The one on Arctara is due to high wind speed and equatorial weather. And the one on Verdanntia is the result of a rain shadow from the massive mountain ranges. They block all rains and cold winds coming from the north and south creating the biggest rain shadow in LRP. But the reason it is so small is because the limited rain is accounted for by the two major river systems in the region that bring in freshwater that comes down from the snow caps of the mountains. It’s like how the Rhône and Rhine rivers in France and Germany actually both come from the snow caps of the Swiss Alps

@RB107 btw im making two relief maps — one for land and one for sea. This way everyone can see where they can build deep-water ports for trade and military harbors. And also where more mountainous terrain is better. Just wanted to lyk
