The MWCD Tells the IA Flight Bureau to build a plane that has ultimate maneuvers, strong gun, and also can hold the plasma gun that build by N company which they claimed that it acts like the High-Explosive slug that contains some substance to make a cloud of Ray Tracing and cause ultra fatigue and force to the death.
