Screen, made out of bullets

Basic idea is that gun fires only if time equal something.

Press Fire, and if you have less than 18 fps switch to slow-motion mode.

Minigun's settings in this build:
partType="Gun-2" scale="0.015625,0.03125,0.015625" massScale="0" partCollisionResponse="Default"
ammoCount="1" burstCount="1" timeBetweenBursts="0" muzzleVelocity="0.16" roundsPerSecond="20" spread="0" tracerColor="000000" lifetime="8.842105" damage="0" impactForce="0" bulletScale="0.0625,0.0625,0.0005" muzzleFlash="false"

If someone need it, i have python3 script, but it don't have any interface, guaranteed to support only bmp files that have color table, and need PIllow and Numpy (in short, it's better not to use it and write something better).

    It feels like some humans upvoted it not because of technology, but because of anime girl picture...
    It once again proves that the only purpose of a living organism is to replicate it's genes...

    @11qazxc lol If it makes you feel any better, I can indeed claim that I upvoted it for the actual creation OF the image (the 'tech'), and not the image subject! Though, I do suspect you're right... :P
    (srsly, too, I have no idea who that is, as the only anime I've really ever gotten into was Ghost in the Shell, specifically the GiG series.)

    @Formula350
    1.
    I actually made something like that (iirc it's named "turtle graphics"), but gun's bullet flies away with speed given by "smaller box", so you need sort of blocker that will stop turtle before firing.
    2.
    If you have more than two bullets at almost-same place, you will see two different boxes instead of one colored, because tracerColor can't use 32-bit colors.
    You will need 8-128 guns (one for each color) and sort of multiplexer linked on AGs (Activate1&!Activate2&!Activate3...) (you can add blocker from previous paragraph here).
    3.
    You don't need huge grid, you need one small (like 12x12 bullets +circles for radial coords) attached to turtle, because in most cases human remembers relative coords (twenty hands above old tree) instead of absolute ones.
    4.
    Winch is very, very fragile, let's use old good pistons instead.
    5.
    And still i don't think it will be very accurate.
    Just see at this build in game - each gun is connected to some others, but still it looks like a rope from guns instead of solid rod.

    I wonder if someone could make a 3D Plotter using Winches, connected to powered Resizable Wheel trollies which are mounted on a giant Fuselage box. Then have the Winch cables connected to a comparatively muuuch smaller box in the middle, which houses various different guns, configured that way, but with their own Tracer colors, each set to an Action Group to be toggled as needed.
    .
    Then, through control inputs like Pitch and Roll, control the winches, thereby moving the plotter around on a huge X/Y grid. As you move, to a new point, you fire a shot with whatever color you've configured, and.... now you're drawing pixel art! :P
    .
    May need to set the bullets to zero velocity, so they stay where they are shot from, and make this entire contraption (the frame) able to move, so that once you're done drawing, you can relocate the plotter and see what you've made.... :}

    @Something5353 [Note: This post is entirely predicated on the notion that you play on a PC or Mac.] Depending on your computer's graphic's chip maker is (AMD, nVidia, or Intel are who make the actual chips), you can probably create a game profile for SP and limit its framerate (FPS) that way.
    .
    I know AMD can, at least on Windows, though it might take further behind-the-scenes tweaking to accomplish it, since it's profile only lets me set the framerate to a minimum of 30FPS (and editing the file all of these profiles is stored in, is a bit of a task, which even then whether or not it abides by setting it to "18" is an unknown!)

    However... As I typed that, there MIGHT be another way.... I don't know how likely it is to work, though.
    If you go in and edit your Settings file in notepad, which is in the folder that has the "AircraftDesigns" folder (also the Mods folder if you have any installed), you can tell it what framerate to run at (... in theory, if it works that way).
    Mine for example is: targetFramerate="65"
    You'd want to set it to: targetFramerate="18"
    Save the file and load up SP then. (Technically, I suspect Android will have a similar "Settings.xml" and have the same data in it, since mine on Windows has Phone related settings, like Gyro sensor and Touch Controls)*
    .
    Technically there's other methods to try and you can do it from the same settings file, It requires changing the Refresh Rate to 18 (the number in "Resolution" following the @ symbol; ie mine is 65Hz as defined by "1920x1080@65") and then setting "VSyncEnabled" to True. That too, should force --in theory at least heh-- the game to run at 18FPS. But even then, I am even less confident it'd acciomplish what we want! The other would be using something like "ReShade", which I imagine would have a similar framerate limiting ability... But I digress... Getting ahead of myself!
    Try that out first heh If ypu need help let me know.
