Brief Introduction

Inspired by the Psycho Funnel Beam Cannon in Mobile Suit Gundam

This drone(secondary cockpit), carried by a car(main cockpit), can follow the car itself, or chase the selected target, both with several moving patterns.

Important Update

In order to fix some bugs
Please make sure the save name is Automated Floating Cannon v1.04


Controls:

AG1: activate drone (important)
AG2: circle mode
AG3: target chasing
AG4: vanguard mode

Instruction:

Self following
With AG3 disabled, the drone will follow the main vehicle
AG2 will make the drone to fly in circle around the main vehicle, and AG4 will make it move ahead of the main vehicle.

Target chasing
When AG3 enabled, the drone will chase the selected target.
AG2 for circle move, and AG4 for special vanguard mode.

Vanguard mode: if target selected, vanguard mode will move the drone to 3/4 of the horizontal distance between main vehicle and target, and keep the altitude 300m above target.

    有个大问题:如果敌人在浮游炮上方,又进入了AG3的模式,浮游炮有可能会直接撞上去然后失控。

    This is incredible.
    Just saying, I think it needs a way for the wheels to lock in place.
    I spawn it on the uss beast and it rolls off.

    HOLY GUACAMOLE DUDE I never knew variable setters existed. I thought it was for viewing variable outputs like the other button with the same image. That’s a lot of code!!! Thank you so much man! I’ve asked this so many times on different posts and absolutely no one responds @JoshuaW

    @OrderlyHippo The button with a (x) on the right bottom of editor screen, that is the custom variable menu, all my codes are there.

    Could someone please tell me where the heck the drone rocket's inputs are created?! They are not the outputs from the computer module...WHERE DOES THIS CODE EXIST i.e. where is vLAT declared? Is this done outside of the in game editor?

    This is epic!
    could you make it so i can attach it to an aircraft of mine?
    imagine having a jet AND a drone targetting an enemy! or a cargo/reconnaisance plane that can deploy a drone to eliminate enemy threats!

    Can this programming apply for more than just the hover drone. There's a plane I made a while ago that consists of a mothership and several parasite aircraft. But I can't control 2 aircraft simultaneously (at least without crashing) and I'd like a to have a craft that can do similar feats. I don't if it's possible, but would you like to try it out
