Mk 82 SnakeEye
A little side project I worked on I saw that the snakeEye configuration hadn't really been done before(at least with working fins) so I thought it would be neat to build!
Fins are fully functional with an xml modded dragScale of about 30.
Also is built to 1:1 scale and with accurate weight to the real thing.

Deploys the flaps, I recommend also setting this as the detachment group
In low level bombing a common issue is that both the bomb and the aircraft arrive at the target at close to the same time, a solution to this is the SnakeEye configuration , where 4 high drag fins are fitted into one end of the bomb which slow down its overall speed allowing the aircraft to pass by safely

Feel free to use this, just credit me in the description
Is all I ask!

how to attach this thing?
@Destroyerz117 Saya harap anda bisa membuat bom cluster
great job!!
@Destroyerz117 no problem. Good luck in building some)
@BomBombardier I never got around to finishing it sorry
@Destroyerz117 what is that plane on second picture? I'd like to get it.
@Alpha1Omega0 Yes
Can you make a plane with the snake bomb
ha ha.@Murks
@Bobface ag-6
How do you extend the fins
ONE MORE PART AND I WAS LEGALLY ALLOWED TO SAY NICE >:I
@Destroyerz117 I expected them to have a gradient like the mod rank, but they're normal
@StallFlight
Pretty cool
@ThomasRoderick thank you for th logic
@ssenmodnar You sure could ;D
If you want to make a mobile-friendly version, you can just do that too and make it a subassembly for example. Just remember to have the chute and the detacher on the same action group I guess...
Wait, if this is possible, then couldn't you just put a parachute on a bomb and get the same effect?
@JettStorm nice
@ChisP just attach it too a pylon, since launching it is with a detach group having no specific attach point isn't an issue
Pretty cool! This gave me some inspiration for a carpet bomber!
Where is the attach point on this though
