Well what is it?

I have a new project (Mazda RX8) But when i open the hood it bounces all over the place, anyone know a fix for this? i know its meant for realism but its getting so annoying. I tried loads of things but nothing seemed to help.

Littlesneekpeek

contact @Potatz#5366 if you may know of something that'll help

@ReinMcDeer enabled them, disabled them, tried everything, nothing seemed to work. eventually i just decided to play with numbers, dampermultiplier to 10k and that seemed to do the trick

it does that because of mass. If the mass of the thing that the rotator tried to rotate exceeds than the rotator's damper, it will bounce. Idk what the base damper of the rotator
If you're using small rotators, disable all mass on the hood.
If you're using hinges, simply add "damperMultiplier" and put a number more than 1. Put this "damperMultiplier" in the Rotator section of the XML.
