@asteroidbook345 you don't have to line them (the hinge point and rotator pivot) up, you only have to make sure they're aligned in the Y axis (line going from top to bottom). Try it, you'll see it works.

Also, try changing the wheel mass, like @BogdanX says...3x may also be hurting you. Find all parts in that LG that are mass scaled up, lower everything back down to 1 and then mass the wheels back up to 1.5x or 2x. It should prevent the wheels from skittering when loaded and minimize the LG flex in flight.

As for the double or stacked rotators, don't think that's the root cause, it might be the type of rotator you're using. You may try changing the main retraction rotator for a hinge rotator, that's the way I did it and my LG didn't flex as much as yours.

Also, why the need to put 38,000 gallons on your jet? My jet has realistic endurance with realistic performance, all with only a few more drag points than yours. My Su-11 will fly nearly 2 hours in game at cruise altitude and speeds (40-50% RPM). In AB, it will exhaust its fuel in less than 30 minutes, but that's realistic. On the other hand, it's unrealistic to think you can fly a RL jet in full AB for more than a few minutes, which I suspect is the benchmark you're trying to build this one towards.

First, size the wheels properly by making them as wide as possible, then scaling them down in width. I made my wheels 150% wide, then scaled them down to .4 x 1 x 1, so that they ended up being virtually .6 wide. This "flattens" the hub of the wheel as much as possible, so that you can fit wheels into smaller places without the hubs showing.
