@pancelvonat it's nothing too special, I mostly like fried or egg Tofu..
I cook them stir-fry and even sautéed!
Absolutely delicious!

I have only eaten Japanese-style tofu, but I do not consider tofu to be a uniquely Japanese food. If you don't mind, can you tell me what tofu or similar food you have eaten? I would like to try "臭豆腐" someday.
