The Description

Centurium Island, 7/23/2020

It was an eventful day. The last day of testing for the Fox had started, and coffee stations were met with long lines of people. But that is not the main focus of this story.

At the main airport testing facilities, the single Fox, named "Latasha" by her pilot and ground crew, rolled out of the hangar. As rain pelted down from above, the jet began to receive fuel. Similarly, across other bases on the planet, prototype jets came out of their own hangars. A Sand-Fox from a desert base, far into the Aroctian Plains, a Snow-Fox from a base far in the arctic, and a fourth Sea-Fox from a Doublebow Carrier, near the Centurium bay.

These four planes were the only Fox Class fighters made so far, and they were destined to a harsh day of testing. And so, at 8:00, all the planes started their engines.

A day later

A day later, the Feta complex was silent. Except, of course, in the game room. Inside of the partially underground and gym-sized room, there was a projector being set up, as well as consoles, pads, controllers. People who were exhausted from the rain and work filed in, sitting in comfy plush chairs and couches, which formed a haphazard semicircle around the center. On the other side, a big white tarp was draped from the ceiling, and the projector turned on. As everyone was now seated, the manager of the Fox program stepped forward onto a podium. He was the one to announce if the tests for the planes had gone good or bad, therefore determining the entire project's fate.

And so he said, "The Fox Project... form testing yesterday... has passed all tests with flying colors!!"

And so people got up, cheered, and then not even fifteen minutes later, the projector was now a big screen for everyone to play their favorite game, SimplePlanes.

And so the Fox was a success.

Q&A

So, how fast is it?

It can push to sound speed, and break through at times.

What are the flying controls?

It's just regular controls, Yaw, Pitch, Roll, Throttle, Trim.

What about weapons?

So, it has two FC-12 anti-aircraft missiles, and six FC-16E ground missiles. The kill function for the FC-16E is ballistic, so it can easily sink a small ship by tunneling through it, the exploding. The Fox also has two FC-24 heavy ground missiles, which are very powerful, and can also destroy small ships in a devastating shockwave. With that, it has a powerful lazer auto-cannon that can rip light targets to shreds.

Activation Groups!

Yeah, yeah. So, AG1 is a landing tail parachute with funky trees for the tail cap opening. AG2 is only for the Sea-Fox, for the arresting hook. AG5 is for ''nav'', ''for'', and ''lan'' lights. AG7 to eject all weapons.

Anything else?

So, uh... the name of it sounds like anime. Maybe? I guess maybe. But, this fighter only has about 150 parts, so not only does it look fine as a modern fighter, but it's perfect for mobile users. Ta da! Whatever.
