Installation 00, aka the Lesser Ark, is a Forerunner-made facility that manufactures Halo Rings. Eight rings (Installation 01–06, 08 (replacement), and 09 (replacement)) were made by this Ark.
This craft is loaded* with a ring based on Installation 09, the last ring ever made.

@TrueNoMan I used a MOD to implement this thing, which can be scaled up to 2000 times on your existing base without feeling stuck, and can also add terrain, atmosphere......

@TrueNoMan huh, I guess this thing is also just way too damn big for SimplePlanes anyway, so an actual size version would be relatively unplayable.
@AWESOMENESS360 oroginally I was planning for 1:100000 size but the building blocks aren't rational to that size and make an annoying infinite noncyclic decimal when calculating ratio
If this was actual size a single mac cannon could have ended about half of halos content @AWESOMENESS360
