This is my take at the Su-11 Fishpot. I made it almost exactly to the original specifications with the fuselage being the exact length and width. It is one of the rarer fighters out there and I havent seen many on this site so I hope you guys enjoy this one! It was quite a tough plane to make as for some unknown reason, one of the wings would lift more than the other causeing it to roll to the left when pitching. I beleive I fixed the issue but if anyone has a simple solution to this (not rebuilding the wings like I did) could you please let me know about it? Thank you! This model also goes around 200mph slower then the real one but it’s quite a hard thing to make exact in this game. Due to the game, I also couldn’t use the original missiles but happily, the Interceptor happens to have a similar range to the real ones and other similar characteristics.

@KnightOfRen in all honesty, this took me 2.5 hours to do. I didn’t make a custom wings back then and all the detail is relatively simple. Take it apart and you will see. Now I take forever to build just one plane though hahaha

I suppose you figured it out yourself but the planes aren’t really related other than that they share the style of build many soviet aircraft developers were using. This plane is essentially an upgraded Su-9 which was developed at roughly the same time as the MiG-21 but for different roles. I hope that answers your question!

I can’t do that actually cus I use iOS ao I just get them from other builds hahahaha. So yeah go ahead and save them. If you buy the game off steam you can use XML modding though. Also I have over a hundred saved XML things so if you need something else just ask and I can give it to you :) @zoza24

Yeah the soviets made a lot of planes using the same aerodynamic formulas and this was one of those aircraft that developed during the time that delta wings were quite new and effective @SkylineAero
