HI!
I just enrolled in a driving school and tomorrow is the start of my first lesson. Any of you guys ,who knows how to drive, got tips for beginners?

@EliteArsenals24 you've mastered the skill of driving already..
@Destroyerz117 I didn't ;)
don't crash
@Alienbeef0421 :)
@EliteArsenals24 nice! Good luck on your school then! :)
@Alienbeef0421 sadly my dad doesn't know how to drive and we don't have a private car :(. BUT there is a car waiting for me given by my uncle.
@EliteArsenals24 exactly why I want a semi auto or full auto vehicle lmao. Your dad can't teach you driving? :p
@Alienbeef0421 I only applied for 3 lessons which is not that bad plus it's more than just road rules :P. It's actually more on actual driving which is easier said than done lol.
One thing is for sure: you've wasted ₱₱₱ because you can arbitrarily learn road rules. :D
At least you’re assured that no one will steal ur car @EliteArsenals24
@Winstonlharambe Welp I already started awhile ago and I think it was fun but it was my first time driving so I did a lot of mistakes. I drive manual so it is a lot harder.
Only gently on gas first and know the cars rev limits. Always remember the brakes got 1-2 inch travel space. Also NEVER step on gas pedal in reverse if you’re driving Automatic. You can tap on it but usually u don’t have too. Keep the distance between 2 hands on steering wheel. All you have to know to prevent a crash. I learnt all that the hard way lol
@randomusername got it! Thank you
@Jetliner101 Yeah I'm spongebob 🙃
@metallicplanes thank you
@EliteArsenals24 Yeep. Good luck.
@metallicplanes slow and steady got it!
Try be slow where you think it's difficult to drive , like in turns. Go fast only in open spaces and highways. Otherwise don't do that or you might take an infinite break.
@Tacocat16 Thank you good sir
all i drive is a golf cart right now, but one thing i can tell u is: be conservative!
Noted sir @Chancey21
Always go slow and take the turns slower.
Use your turn signal
Make a mental checklist for starting and parking the car IE (Drive parking brake reverse or brake park gear, parking brake etc)
Thanks @spefyjerbf I hope I'll do good on my first day :P
If it’s American (I learned to drive in California), then don’t worry - I remember that my nerves when learning to drive were the hardest part. Anyway, enjoy your experience! In my opinion, driving is pretty fun.
@Lahoski107 cool
