I agree 100% and do the same. whether its something i see on a movie or driving by i think “ could i build that “ :-D. I actually like this program more than any game or software ive ever used because the possibilities are endless. I even think in a future update they should change the name to “ Simple Creations “ and adjust it to more neutral builds instead of based around planes. Either way Im here for the long haul @Kerbango @marcox43
@Texasfam04 same here, I grew with legos and loved designing complicated mechanical systems. here, even tho there are quite a few bugs (Mostly Unity related), but the posibility of building here is nearly infinite. Geez, even a dude here made a fully walking android based on Gyroscopes some months ago! I hope I'm able to build a gearbox next, but unity loves to glitch out.
@Texasfam04 cheers mate, well said.
I too, of always consider this more of a building game for my own imagination than a game 4 Fun.
(It's almost like playing solitaire. You just keep playing you'll either win or don't win but you keep playing.)
Exactly the same reason we keep playing Legos, like you said.
I will be out and about in real life and I will see something and the first thing that goes through my brain is "hey, I bet I could build that in simpleplanes."
This game truly brings together brilliant creative minds from all over the world, and in a friendly social media way, I think it could totally rock if it made it to PlayStation and Xbox. As long as I got SP and you tube on my phone, I'm happy.
I’m staying on SP since SR2 won’t run properly on a 2017 Alien Ware gaming computer always saying there’s script missing and saying it’s a patenshal risk @ACEPILOT109
This is very reassuring, it's good to know that the Devs are working on 1.8, I'm glad to know that they're getting a brake from all their work on SR2 though, they probably need it.
They do deserve a break. He has also stated Before that the game is not dead right here but good that this hopefully stops people form making those posts
I think users just get tired of doing the same thing over and over again. If you strive to build better with each build you will eventually reach the point where it just gets old. I think there is a big misconception with this program. I have never looked at this as a game. This is more of virtual lego software to me that allows you to test out what your brain envisions. There are many much more "fun" games to be played out there. I keep building because I think its fun to test out what I build and see what other people come up with but this is not a fun game and never has been although its fun to build stuff. Just my humble opinion.
Never dead to me ;)))))))
SP is my 3D modelling software
Yea @Texasfam04

I made my point that it was a joke and then people had to start saying yes it is I saw @MAHADI
Yes exactly
This game truly brings together brilliant creative minds from all over the world, and in a friendly social media way, I think it could totally rock if it made it to PlayStation and Xbox. As long as I got SP and you tube on my phone, I'm happy.
SP will remain forever as it is extraordinary
LOL
Squirrel surely made a joke

@AndrewGarrison Good choice of break!
You right!! @freedompilot98
Lol, don’t tell anyone... @AndrewGarrison
To clarify, I’m talking about the Xmas break and not the thanksgiving break.
Yea @AWESOMENESS360
@AndrewGarrison is simpleplanes still alive?

Exactly @jamesPLANESii
You can tell it’s not dead because it’s still alive.
Lol @ASDFASDF1
Ah, I see @Minecraftpoweer
Huzzah!
