SimplePlanes | SR2 - now available for mobile

After more than three years of development, SimpleRockets 2 is now available on the iOS App Store and Google Play. You can get it here.

As usual, here's a new launch trailer we put together for this special day. There is an absurd number of features in the game and the mobile version has the same feature set as the PC and Mac versions. The only difference is that the graphics are dialed back slightly, but don't get the wrong impression as the game still looks amazing on mobile devices!

SR2 has been available on Steam for almost a year now, so we've had time to add tons of new features and fix a lot of bugs to get it ready for this mobile release. But, we're not stopping here! You can check out our Roadmap for the list of stuff we are planning to work on. If you have a suggestion, feel free to submit it and make sure to upvote the suggestions that you favor. We take player suggestions into consideration with every update and it has led to great enhancements to the game such as the procedural rocket engines and jet engines.

If I could go back three years ago to when we started this project, I never would have imagined that we would get a fully 3D space simulator with seamless ground-to-space transitions and unprecedented craft customization working on a mobile device. I'm really proud of the team and the work we've done in creating what is now the most comprehensive simulator on mobile for building and flying rockets. I hope you will enjoy the game as much as we've enjoyed making it!

Some people out there were completing games on 10 fps, like when I was playing KSP 0.90 on ancient computer with just as much ram as in my both rulers(lol i use ddr1 sticks as a ruler and they're 1.25gb total)

@AndrewGarrison, is it available for arm32 iPad mini?

@PositivePlanes thanks though it still works great over 120 books each on average 0f 400 pts 60 minecraftworlds and simple planes fruit ninja and a barrage of other things nevermind that's memory not ram sorry for any inconvenience for reading this

@Minecraftpoweer ya but i dont live next to a place were they recycling machines or and super market i need to to a car or my bike but my bike has a flat and my dads car idk i dont have the age to drive not yet

@Aventadorcf18 ooh yikes. Do you guys have the thing where you put bottles in recycling machines and get a ticket which you can check in for a bit of money? If yes then do that. Or just ask your parents to buy the game for you. Good luck anyways

@Minecraftpoweer i know but i live in the provence of quebec and every thing here is expensive for no reason

@Aventadorcf18 I think everyone else is referring to usd, while in canada you use cad (Canadian dollars) so you're paying the same price just that the Canadian dollar has a lower value in itself so you use more of it to pay.

@Aventadorcf18 What country do you live in? I think countries like Australia that use AUD (Australian Dollar) have a less valuable currency so the price in AUD is higher put in terms of value you're paying the same price.
