Btw with tutorials like this you should write the full post on a text file first and then upload it all at once, that way there's no wait needed for a second part.
Btw do keep in mind parts stay hidden in the designer if you save your plane* like that, so you should make sure to un-hide them with Ctrl+Shift+H before saving it. Not too big of a deal but i thought i should point that out anyways.
*plane may not be actually a plane
Just to clarify, here's how the "brutally forced" conversation went:
Me: You know, this post having so many comments kind of loses it's magic when half of them are just counting...
Hl: (I don't actually remember exactly what he said here, but it was something like "what should i do?".)
Me: Stop and delete the comments you made just to increase the comment count, like the counting comments and the random keyboard mashing.
Then he deleted most of his comments (even some that weren't spam), after that, he started calling me an idiot for no reason (you can scroll down to check). I have no idea why he did that, but something tells me he isn't old enough to be here...
It should clip through the ground just like in real life, this is a serious issue and we will look into issuing a hotfix update immediately, thank you for reporting this critical mistake. ~The Dev Team
@ReinMcDeer The stuff i mentioned has been a problem and constantly complained about for years, a update like that would be great, but the devs never even commented on any of those things, so i'm not sure if it will ever happen. Maybe they're trying to finish SR2 first and then making a sequel to SimplePlanes that fixes all of that, but who knows.
I haven't seen much of a performance difference to be honest, both times i tried playing on high physics i saw almost no difference in performance or gameplay.
If they did add this it would only work with a new preset cockpit, not the custom ones added in 1.11. Plus i'm not sure if the game can even support this kind of stuff to be honest.
I don't think anyone here is willing to do something like this, especially not for free. You're better off commissioning an artist to make the map and then importing it to the game with a label.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAG ANY CURATORS FOR YOUR POST TO BE CURATED, ADDING THE VR TAG IS ENOUGH FOR THEM TO SEE IT!
You only actually need to tag a curator if you want them to check if your plane works well in vr before you release it, but just adding the VR tag is enough for them to see your post and curate it if it works well there. There's no need to tag a curator on every post you make if you already know how to properly space out all the things on the cockpit.
Legends say he is still disabling the mods to this day...
You can't, sadly.

+1@DeveloperKorzalerke second test
+1Edit: Weird, it works if it's on someone else's post, but not on yours.
@Diloph Btw you can't have anything on the sides of the tag for it to work, for example A@Diloph or @DilophA doesn't work, but @Diloph does.
Nope.
+1Why did you post 2 million squares of varying colors here? Is this some kind of pattern i don't understand?
+2@X99STRIKER At least you still have fingers. Ever noticed a change in 7's point count?
My entire screen is covered with bacon, i can't see anything. Help.
5 new comments huh? I wonder what they were.
@X99STRIKER Bacon?
+1Eggs or Aircraft?
@ColonelCanada RAM brain moment... what were we talking about again?
+1@X99STRIKER That's decided by the judge.
@X99STRIKER Well you better put at least the minimum amount of effort legally required, otherwise you might get sued for it.
I'm glad you clarified this, i was seconds away from requesting one of these for my air force, thanks for the disclaimer!
+1@ColonelCanada
What was on that part before?
+1@X99STRIKER Yes, the fine for not doing so is of about $0.89 (USD), not including taxes.
@PPLLAANNEE This thing is even larger and never crashed my game once, so i don't think it's the size.
Rare footage of airplane who was the prey
+5No, joke posts are fine though as long as you don't beg for upvotes and actually put some effort on them.
+1Also this thing tends to crash the game a lot, might have something to do with the guns, messing with those too much usually leads to crashes.

@DeveloperKorzalerke tag test
Edit: Apparently tagging yourself no longer works.
@BeastHunter This is why always leave autocorrect disabled on my phone, not sure why it's even enabled by default in the first place.
+1@BeastHunter Also "John comment numbers"? Who's John? Was that some weird typo?
+1@BeastHunter A shame this post devolved into this, i liked it more when it was just funny comments popping up every second.
+1@X99STRIKER

+4@X99STRIKER He always writes like that, no idea why.
@Oxen go

+1@BeastHunter You tagged striker twice lol
+1@ColonelCanada k lol
+1@7 For me it sometimes adds a invisible character at the end of every line that messes up formatting, no idea why that happens.
+1@Tsuchiisan go back
@Tsuchiisan Imagine ever sleeping in the first place
@xNotDumb There, done it.
Aren't jets supposed to have a gap between the fuselage and the inlets? Also T.
+2@jamesPLANESii We don't talk about the ai. Or the undo button. Or the mirror button. Or the floating point errors. Or the fuel consumption.
+2@Bellcat I think he wanted a link for your most upvoted comment, not a in-depth description of what it was lol
Someone else said this happened to them as well, you should report it here also.
+4I don't think anyone here is willing to do something like this, especially not for free. You're better off commissioning an artist to make the map and then importing it to the game with a label.
+1This is why i take a while to announce the stuff i'm building, if i give up on it, it will most likely be very early on before any posts about it.
@IceCraftGaming teleports back No it wasn't teleports away
+1@IceCraftGaming Why do you have so many of these? You know what, i'm out of here, have fun with your explosive food. teleports away
+1@IceCraftGaming I'm fine. I always had only 9 fingers right?... Right?
