Welcome To the meeting room.
Let's get to it.
The (fictional) island of Malmark, somewhat similar to Puerto Rico, that is off the North-east coast of South America was hit by a disastrous storm that left it in ruins. Luckily, the Airports on the island were able to be repaired enough or weren't severely affected. This means that they can receive Emergency Aid by Aircraft.
Your task is to design an Aircraft that can airlift numerous supplies to the island to assist with getting things back on track. I'll be waiting to see what you can come up with, good luck.
Rules:
-Your entry can have 1 to 4 engines (consider where it's flying from).
-You can use Piston, Turboprop or Jet propulsion.
-No unlimited fuel.
-Be realistic on the performance. No spaceships or straight-up ridiculous entries.
-The part count must be no less than 250, but no more than 980 (I want to be able to run these on my laptop).
-You can have up to 2 entries.
-Said entries can be either a replica or fictional.
-Your entries must be able to fly, no ground vehicles or aircraft that are full of lead.
-As someone will probably ask, yes, helicopters are allowed (Be reasonable with this).
-Entries must be an original creation and must not be a recycled build (One you've already made at a previous time).
-Entries must have a description that has controls listed.
-Entries must be a successor of this post. If you are unable to do this, please tag me.
-Of course, XML modding (Overload mod) is allowed.
-Gestour's Instrumentation and Mechanical Instrumentation mods are allowed.
Judging:
I will be judging each entry out of 10 based on:
-Design
The design of your build, the accuracy of replicas and the creativity of fictional builds.
-Performance
Speed, manoeuvrability, etc.
-Detail
The paint scheme, decals, etc.
-Build quality
The quality of the build.
-My impressions
Exactly what it says.
-Presentation
The thumbnail, description, images in said description and so on.
I judge each entry separately, including multiple entries from one user. Meaning if you submit more than one entry, they are judged like they are from two separate users.
Deadline is 8th February!
Rewards:
1st place: 15 upvotes
2nd place: 10 upvotes
3rd place: 8 upvotes
-Each entry gets one upvote
-If it's a collaboration project (Make sure I know this), the builders will share the reward.
Have fun!
Examples include:
-Airbus A400 Atlas.
-Boeing C-17 Globemaster.
-Lockheed C-130 Hercules.
-Cessna 208 Caravan.
-Boeing 737.

@FeatherWing good idea thanks
@XAircraftManufacturer
If you want to build something, build something.
I really want to build something but not sure i can :(
@FeatherWing k, if i want to join
@DameTheNewbie
Well, as long as you haven't posted it already. And make sure it's a normal C-130 and not AC-130 of course :p
Can i Using my latest Ac-130?
Crap I thought it was supposed to be more than 200, well crap, I'll still enter it.
Mine will be released shortly.
I think I will do a either a two or four engined aircraft. Probably a pusher configuration of turboprops. It will probably have a lot of experimental developments on my part so I’m glad I got plenty of time lol.
I will try to cook up something.... i dunno what but let us see.
May enter.
May enter.
Heres mine
@FeatherWing i have to wait tho :(
@KorgonAviation
Do you mind making it not unlisted?
Here it is: :)
NOTE:
The one im releasing into the public is the real one!!
I need to brainstorm, if I can make a plane then I will enter but if I can't then...well...you know...I won't be able to enter...BUT! I will try! This looks fun!
@KorgonAviation
If you can't make it a successor, then yes.
@FeatherWing can i just post the link or does it have to be a successor?
I'm in.
@FeatherWing oh ok :). thmnaks
@KorgonAviation
1st: Yes, since it's not been uploaded yet, it wouldn't be recycling.
2nd: I think I'll say Yes to that, as long as it doesn't have a long way to go, like over the Atlantic.
Can it also be a firefighter aircraft since there was a storm and it could've burned down a forest with lightning?
Will it count if I made it already but didn't upload it?
@frogbot No problem mate, it’s my first one as well!
