Nakajima B5N1 ''Kate''

Auto Credit Based on X4JB's Kate Prototype

-This is an (almost) exact copy of the Imperial Japanese Navy WW II B5N1
(also referred to by the allies as "Kate") Dive/Torpedo bomber. This
particular one is a torpedo bomber, though you can replace the torpedo
with bombs if you want to. :)

manoeuvrable neither in real life, nor in the game, so DON'T TRY TO MAKE

-This airplane has a few special features:
1 An arresting hook for landing on aircraft carriers, activate AG 1, whilst
having your landing gear down to extend it. (it doesn't actually work
though, it is just for aesthetics)
2 Realistic machine guns: (I know most b5n1's didn't have machine guns, but
some of them had, so i added them for you to enjoy :)). These machine
guns are super realistic, they have the realistic amount of ammo, fire rate,
muzzle velocity and even a cool tracer colour. Also this plane has a SUPER
COOL system that disposes of bullet shells when you fire (the bullets
coming out of the bottom of the wings. Don't worry, these disposed bullets
won't hit your aircraft.
3 Realistic landing gear: it looks just like in real life.
4 Landing/takeoff flaps: use the VTOL (down) to activate them.

-I really hope you enjoy this aircraft, because it is my best airplane so far and I
spent a lot of hours on it. Consider giving an upvote, it's free and I really
appreciate it. :)

-Credits to freedompilot98 ( for
helping me with the controllabitlity of this airplane, it really didn't fly well
until he tweaked it.

-The Nakajima B5N was the standard carrier-based torpedo bomber of the
Imperial Japanese Navy for much of World War II.
Although the B5N was substantially faster and more capable than its Allied
counterparts it was nearing obsolescence by 1941. Nevertheless, the B5N
operated throughout the whole war, due to the delayed development of its
successor, the B6N. In the early part of the Pacific War, flown by well-trained
IJN aircrews and as part of well-coordinated attacks, the B5N achieved
particular successes at the battles of Pearl Harbor, Coral Sea, Midway, and
Santa Cruz Islands.
Primarily a carrier-based aircraft, it was also occasionally used as a land-
based bomber. The B5N carried a crew of three: pilot,
navigator/bombardier/observer, and radio operator/gunner.

-I really hope you like it, if you do, consider upvoting and checking out my
other planes, they are all similair WWII planes. Also, if you want to, feel free
to copy parts of this plane, like the bullet disposal system or the guns :), if
you do, please credit me in your final result.

@SWAGDADDY7 in my opinion its almost impossible to land in the USS tiny aircraft carriers. they are too small for carrier aircrafts and they are not equipped with the necessary wires+ an arresting hook for the aircraft to land in them.

@SWAGDADDY7 It is meant to be a bomber, zo it isnt really fast and manouvrable. Im happy it can take off from the USS Beast.
