This ship is an offshoot design of the Ferry-802 SSR class which removes a majority of the passenger spaces in exchange for a large open deck for heavy cargo such as aircraft and turrets.
And no, I'm totally not trying to ship more weapons to Cuba. Just ignore the trailers, naval artillery and containers. They do not exist.
